Portal JN is the official mobile application of the Office for Public Procurement available on iOS devices and allows users to access the electronic procurement system of the Republic of Serbia.The application is intended for bidders and purchasers in the public procurement system and is linked to the national Public Procurement Portal https://jnportal.ujn.gov.rs.The username and password used to log in to the mobile application is the same as for web access to the Public Procurement Portal.After the initial login to the mobile application, Face ID or Touch ID is used to log into the application on iPhone and iPad devices.Bidders can search for published public procurement procedures, take an interest in the public procurement procedure, download tender documents and ask questions/requests for clarification of tender documents.
For procedures that are favored, bidders will be promptly notified via the notification system on a mobile device about changes to tender documents and published answers to questions related to tender documents.Through the mobile application, bidders can prepare and submit electronic bids and follow the public bid opening procedure.Bidders will be informed about the result of the public procurement procedure for which they applied after the publication of the decision on the award or suspension of the procedure through the notification system.The processes of requesting an insight into the documentation in the procedure, as well as the insight into the documentation itself, is available through the mobile application.Employers can be informed about the questions raised for clarification of the tender documentation through the notification system and simply answer and publish the answers to the raised questions as well as change the tender documentation.Clients can follow the procedure of the public opening of bids and be informed about the automatic creation and publication of minutes on the public opening of bids and review the open bids.Clients will be promptly informed about the submitted request for the protection of rights, the request for inspection of the documentation in the procedure and other key events through the notification system.The application was developed with the cooperation of the Office for Public Procurement and the National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED) as part of the project "Effective public procurement in the service of economic growth".
